Over the past two decades the greenhouse effect has become more marketed. Considerable evidence exists that most of this warming has been caused by human activities.... that's to say we have altered the chemical composition of the atmosphere through a build-up of greenhouse gases primarily carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide.

We recognise that all live events have an effect on the local, regional and global environment and consequence of this, we are committed to continuous improvements in our own environmental performance and the prevention of pollution, in the last 24 months we have invested in LED lighting systems using only 5% of the power needed for a generic light source and our new external architectural lighting systems are now 90% more energy efficient.

At Production Services Entertainment Ltd we offer our clients an opportunity to help our environment, by offsetting the CO2 admissions generated at public events, conferences and exhibitions. Our team will calculate the CO2 emissions and offset the carbon footprint by subscribing and funding approved tree planting schemes in the UK and reforestation in Kenya. It is my personal and my companies aim to offset all live events by the start of 2009 and be CarbonZero by the start of 2010.
